Why do You say India does not have LLMs or Foundation Models? It should learn the way DeepSeek was created by China.

I agree India does NOT yet have GPT-4 scale models in terms of size, computing, and multimodal capabilities. Work in progress for same and soon you all will hear good news from India as well.

In 1991, PARAM 8000 was unveiled, and it shocked the world. It was as powerful as the Cray supercomputer that the US had refused to sell. Even more impressive, it was faster, cost-effective, and entirely built in India.
